Symptoms

Database failed over to physical standby where Oracle streams configured.
The capture process failed with the following error
ORA-01346: Oracle LogMiner processed redo beyond primary reset log SCN 1145376194689

ORA-16038 log %s sequence# %s cannot be archived
ORA-16830 primary isolated from fast-start failover partners longer than FastStartFailoverThreshold seconds: shutting down
