ODA : After a Power Cycle the Cluster and Oakd Daemon Are Not Running (Doc ID 2298169.1)

Symptoms

The cluster is down after a power cycle on one or both nodes.

$ crsctl stat res -t -init

   CRS-4639: Could not contact Oracle High Availability Services
   CRS-4000: Command Status failed, or completed with errors.

   TFA not running

# ./tfactl diagcollect -all -From "Jun/24/2017 13:45:00" -to "Jun/24/2017 14:30:00"

   TFA-00002 : TFA is not running

[root@oda21 bin]#

   OAKD not running

# ./init.oak start

   Starting oakd..

# oakcli restart oak

   Error: init.oak is not running to start oakd..
   Run: 'init.oak start' to start the oakd

   [root@oda21 init.d]#

# oakcli show server

   Failed to connect to oakd.

Changes

 After a power cycle (node shutdown) one of the nodes did not restart the cluster services.
