1. what's ASM failure group:
ASM Failure groups are used to place mirrored copies of data so that each copy is on a disk in a different failure group so that the simultaneous failure of all disks
in a failure group does not result in data loss.
2. The rule of ASM failure group configuration:
On Exadata, by default, all grid disks in a single Exadata Storage Server (or cell) belong to the same failure group to
tolerate the failure of a single storage server.
Below error message is found in Exachk report for version '22.214.171.124.3_20170331'(GI version: 126.96.36.199.0).
Status on exadb01:
FAIL => The ASM failure group configuration is not as recommended
