Symptoms

You are attempting to deploy the av agent on a  but keeps failing with "failed to connect to DB" "Cannot get Connection from Datasource" messages in the log file.

However, sqlplus connections from target DB to AVDF server DB are successful.

Changes

 You may have recently removed the ability to use TLS 1.0/1.1 to comply with security standards.
