How to verify if SMALL_R_ROW is enabled for Text index (Doc ID 2300370.1)

The SMALL_R_ROW feature for Oracle Text indexes allows the creation of several smaller rows for the DR$index_name$R table.

This feature is enabled using the SMALL_R_ROW attributes in the Oracle Text STORAGE preference
