Symptoms
On 12.1.0.2, through performing the query of v$RESOURCE_LIMIT on PDB , we can retrieve the result .
But on 12.2.0.1 , the query result of V$RESOURCE_LIMIT is empty on PDB, in addition, it's okay in CDB$ROOT .
