Symptoms

 Outer Join is converted to simple join silently when Oracle outer join operator(+) is used in one of the join conditions and is not mentioned on other join conditions upon the same tables. It does not apply to ANSI join syntax.

Changes

 Using oracle-specific outer join semantics wrongly.
