Symptoms

Running any Mammoth action fails with output like:

ERROR: Puppet agent run on node bdanode0x had errors. List of errors follows

Error [14404]: (//bdanode0x.example.com/Puppet) Failed to apply catalog: Could not retrieve local facts: Caught recursion on kernel

This puppet agent failure will cause the associated Mammoth action to fail.
