Observing ORA-15173 error in Standby db alert log file for seed pdb:

ORA-01157: cannot identify/lock data file 2002 - see DBWR trace file
ORA-01110: data file 2002: '+DATA/<standby db_unique_name>/<PDB$SEED GUUID>/datafile/pdbseed_temp012016-03-16_03-16-49-pm.dbf'
ORA-17503: ksfdopn:2 Failed to open file +DATA/<standby db_unique_name>/<PDB$SEED GUUID>/datafile/pdbseed_temp012016-03-16_03-16-49-pm.dbf
ORA-15173: entry '<PDB$SEED GUUID>' does not exist in directory '<standby db_unique_name>'

Changes

 Checking ASM we can see there is a link to the pdb seed tempfile:
