Local node is recognized as remote node during GI installation (Doc ID 2304243.1)

Symptoms

During GI installation ,  we can see copying of binaries to remote nodes

Copy Oracle ....  to remote node 'db1, db2'

However, db1 is actually the local node.

This may happen at 66%, and subsequently the installation process may fail at around 80%

From installAction log, see

Information: Copy the Oracle home directory 'D: \ app \ 11.2.0 \ grid' to the remote node 'db1, db2'.
Information: Copy the Oracle home directory 'D: \ app \ 11.2.0 \ grid' to the remote node 'db1, db2'.
