Pro*C pre-compilation fails with "ORA-01041 internal error" when using database link with COMMON_PARSER=YES option.

For example the below sample code when compiled in 12.1.0.2 and lesser version will fail with the said error.

Upgraded the client version to 11g or higher or added the COMMON_PARSER=YES option as a precompiler option.
