Symptoms
Below command is failing while patching new Grid Home using Out of Place patching method:
roothas.pl -verbose -postpatch -dstcrshome <DEST home location>
CRS-4652: Failure 9 in clsvswversion for the local node
CRS-4000: Command Start failed, or completed with errors.
CLSRSC-199: Timed out waiting for OHASD to start
OHASD startup is getting timed out and failing.
Changes
Patch is being applied on New GI home using Out of Place methodology.
