DBA_ROLE_PRIVS View Shows Incorrect Value for DEFAULT_ROLE column in 126.96.36.199 For Password Protected Roles

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The DBA_ROLE_PRIVS view shows "DEFAULT_ROLE column as "YES" in 220.127.116.11 but in 18.104.22.168 version it shows "NO" for the Password protected roles.
However the SESSION_ROLES view always shows the correct value i.e. "no rows selected".
The database has been upgraded from 22.214.171.124 to 126.96.36.199.
