Cleanup original source database DBID related data after cloning

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
After cloning a database, we want to cleanup original source DBID data entries from showing in DBA_FEATURE_USAGE_STATISTICS.

SQL> select dbid, count(*) from dba_feature_usage_statistics group by dbid;
DBID COUNT(*)
========== ===============
1108995897           153
1409474622           357

Also, MOS NoteId 1251795.1 was applied but did not clear the content of the following tables;

wri$_dbu_usage_sample
wri$_dbu_feature_usage
wri$_dbu_high_water_mark
wri$_dbu_cpu_usage
wri$_dbu_cpu_usage_sample
