Symptoms
After moving DB instance to different node in a cluster, unable to bring up the db, getting error as below:
SQL> startup pfile='/u02/app/oracle/product/12.1.0.2/fmwuat/dbs/initIDMUAT1.ora';
ORACLE instance started.

ORA-00205: error in identifying control file, check alert log for more info
