Symptoms

 Database Upgraded recently to 12.2

 Alert log shows

Corrupt block relative dba: 0x00c02ecc (file 2, block 110780)
Bad header found during buffer read (logical check)
Data in bad block:


Trace file generated shows ORA-1410

kcbzib: encounter logical error ORA-1410, try re-reading from other mirror..
cursor valid? 1 makecr 0 line 17955 ds_blk (2, 110780) bh_blk (2, 110780)

 

 

Rman backup validate check logical reports no Corruption.

Dbverify comes out clean on that block.


Analyze table <owner>.<table name> validate structure online comes out clean.

In Most case Object in XDB schema are reporting these false error.

Changes

 Database upgraded to 12.2
