Symptoms
Connection through listener on Port 1521 was getting hung. Both Local and Remote connection were facing same issue.
From the trace file found that after sending the first connect packet 'NSPTCN' to listener the connection will be in hung state.
Verified the listener.log file for same connection and found it has not reached the listener.
