Symptoms
Netca not progressing when invoked via response file :
[grid@RDCTCODBSD001 bin]$ /u01/app/12.1.0.2/grid/bin/netca -silent -responseFile /backup/database/response/netca.rsp
Parsing command line arguments:

Parameter "responsefile" = /backup/database/response/netca.rsp
