When trying to load data in parallel mode using DataPump import (impdp):

In 10g multiple worker processes can concurrently work at the same time.
In, we can see multiple work processes can concurrently work to load data if tables have NOT been pre-created, but a different behavior is seen when the tables are pre-created before the import.
