DBMS_AQ_MONITOR Not Reporting Any Data (Doc ID 2318163.1)

Symptoms

Installed aq monitor using Doc ID 1163083.1. Enabled it for our schema ,exec dbms_aq_monitor.add_queue_owner('schema'); and started it before a test , exec aqmon.dbms_aq_monitor.start_monitor;. I generated the reports but the 60 second snaps contain no data.

  0

select count (*) from aqmon.aqmon_psubscribers_tab where ENQUEUED_MSGS>0;

  COUNT(*)

  0
