Symptoms
After upgrade to Oracle 12.2.0.1, we notice the following messages in the alert.log from time to time :
"Unified Audit record write to audit trail table failed due to ORA-12899. Writing the record to OS spillover file."
And there are *.bin files that are generated in %ORACLE_BASE%/audit/<db_name>
