Symptoms

While creation of 12.2.0.1.0 version database on 12.2.0.1.0 Grid infrastructure, [DBT-14501] message appear in console and below message observe in dbca trace log.

WARNING: Oct 26, 2017 5:05:09 PM oracle.install.commons.util.exception.AbstractErrorAdvisor getDetailedMessage
WARNING: [WARNING] [DBT-14501] The version of the Oracle Grid Infrastructure for Standalone Server software is lower than database software version. Created database will not be registered with Oracle Grid Infrastructure.
ACTION: Upgrade the version of the Grid Infrastructure software to register the database.
