Symptoms

RedHat 7.3 kernel 3.10.0-514.6.2.el7.x86_64 running on VMware experienced a kernel panic.

OS Vendor analyzed vmcore and determined it was due to kernel panicked at afduhLookup+0x58/0xc0 [oracleafd].
