After upgrading to 18.104.22.168, export/import dblink from prior version to 22.214.171.124, query using the dblink reports:
The username in dblink 'connect to' clause is in lowercase, but this username in target DB is defined in uppercase.
CREATE DATABASE LINK "TEST"
CONNECT TO "testuser" IDENTIFIED BY VALUES ':1'
In the target DB specified by TESTTNS, the user is defined as TESTUSER in uppercase.
