Goal

12.1.0.2 Multi tenant Database:

When creating new Mkey for newly added PDB or rekeying the primary encryption key of CDB/PDB in the primary Database, the new mkey in primary TDE wallet should be copied over to standby TDE wallet file.

But reporting application on standby DB shouldn't be interrupted by standby DB Bounce. How to copy the Primary DB TDE wallet content to Standby DB TDE wallet, with out Standby DB bounce / down time ?
