Symptoms
Following error is reported in alert log file and which caused the apply process to stopped:
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kddiruLoadIndexes()+215] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x4] [PC:0x2C743E7] [Address not mapped to object] []
