Symptoms
Step 8 of Mammoth upgrade to 4.10 fails generating the upgrade summary zip file. The cluster verification tests all complete, but the subsequent attempt to generate the upgrade summary zip file fails as below:
zip error: Entry too big to split, read, or write (file exceeds Zip's 4GB uncompressed size limit)

ERROR: Run /bin/cp -pf /tmp/<cluster-name>-install-summary.zip /opt/oracle/bda/install/log/upgrade-<timestamp>/summary and it returned code(1) instead of 0 and output is /bin/cp: cannot stat '/tmp/<cluster-name>-install-summary.zip': No such file or directory
