DBMS_SCHEDULER Don't Purge DBA_SCHEDULER_JOB_LOG And DBA_SCHEDULER_WINDOW_LOG (Doc ID 2331709.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.0.1 version, the DBA_SCHEDULER_JOB_LOG and DBA_SCHEDULER_WINDOW_LOG aren't purged by DBMS_SCHEDULER.

Log history is set to 30, and purge log job is succeeded, however not all logs are purged automatically
