Symptoms
Creating a materialized view over a database link fails with the following error:
ORA-32331: type "MDSYS"."SDO_GEOMETRY" is incompatible with the primary site
Selecting from the table for the view fails with the error below:
ORA-22337: the type of accessed object has been evolved
