Goal
According to <Note 2271460.1> :
"5 seconds is the time limit for the protocol to perform the lookup and verify that all the members are reachable by means of heartbeat".
But group_replication_unreachable_majority_timeout is set to 0 by default.
What's the relationship/difference between group_replication_unreachable_majority_timeout and the five seconds heartbeat above in the note?
Is group_replication_unreachable_majority_timeout the correct variable to set to alleviate the possible network issue?
