Parallel CREATE INDEX with NOLOGGING Option Fails with ORA-600[kcbldio_1] (Doc ID 2333955.1)

Creating an index in parallel with the NOLOGGING option such as:

CREATE UNIQUE INDEX ITEM_CATEGORIES_U1 ON ITEM_CATEGORIES (ORGANIZATION_ID,SR_INSTANCE_ID,INVENTORY_ITEM_ID,CATEGORY_SET_ID,SR_CATEGORY_ID) PARALLEL TABLESPACE APPS_IDX_TS PCTFREE 10 INITRANS 11 MAXTRANS 255 COMPUTE STATISTICS NOLOGGING

fails with the following error:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kcbldio_1], [0x7FE97332F978], [11], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
