Patch 23138553 has been applied. Post Installation steps need to be completed.

Post Installation Instructions of Patch 23138553: SES BUNDLE PATCH 11.2.2.2.7

Step 2. Go to $ORACLE_HOME/search/admin/scripts/ directory. Start SQL*Plus session and connect as SYS user

However on connecting to SQL Plus the following error is seen:

The Oracle Home has been correctly set to SES Home
