Symptoms

EM console is showing "ERROR: NMO not setuid-root (Unix-only)" when setting credentials.
Besides,from the gcagent.log below error occurred every 30 minutes.

Changes

 Implemented an RA upgrade , or start EM Agents by using emctl.pl --action=start.
