Purpose

This document describes steps needed to determine to the correct Hadoop client packages for Big Data SQL (BDS) 3.2.  BDS 3.2 requires an Oracle database and may be used with BDA, CDH and Hadoop clusters. BDS 3.2 is supported with the versions described in Oracle Big Data SQL Primary Compatibility Matrix <Document 2119369.1>.

Scope

This document is applicable to anyone using BDS 3.2 with BDA, CDH or Hadoop clusters.
