Symptoms

 crsctl status res -t shows some, but not all ASM disk groups in INTERMEDIATE state.

ASM Disk Group Targets Showing INTERMEDIATE State, but all ASM checks regarding underlying disks, mount status, asm_diskstring, file permissions, etc check out successfully.
CHECK ALL NOREPAIR shows no issues.
