CHOPT disable function seems missing in 12.2.0.1 for Data Mining.

chopt <enable|disable> <option>

options:
oaa = Oracle Advanced Analytics
olap = Oracle OLAP
partitioning = Oracle Partitioning
rat = Oracle Real Application Testing

e.g. chopt enable rat

SQL> col parameter format a35;
col value format a15;
