Symptoms

The following messages are being thrown in the listener log (very frequently)
 service_died * 1183

The listener trace shows this failure at registration:


2017-11-29 08:47:53.319182 : nsglroHandleError:operation=2, error=7

Changes

 This is a new installation of GRID where an existing installation of 11gR2 existed on the same server.
