Exadata Node Reboot Caused By ACFS Module (Doc ID 2340192.1)

Exadata node rebooted without warning.

No indications of a kernel panic are seen in /var/log/messages.

Analysis of vmcore data shows the reboot was due to the Oracle ACFS module.
