Goal

According to Oracle Reference documentation, Expression Tracking feature is enabled only when OPTIMIZER_FEATURES_ENABLE parameter is set to 12.2.0.1.

However, setting OPTIMIZER_FEATURES_ENABLE=12.1.0.2 or 11.2.0.4 still collects expression tracking information into dba_expression_statistics.
