Trying to connect user sys as sysdba fails. This problem may have started after upgrading a RAC database to 220.127.116.11.
oracle user has the correct membership of the groups from file $ORACLE_HOME/rs/lib/config.[cs]
Oracle binary on has the correct permissions.
There is no password file on ASM for this database
Querying the gv$pwfile_users table fails with ORA-27037:
