Symptoms

SELECT from external table using ORACLE_DATAPUMP access driver, failed due to below error:

 The dumpfiles used were not touched, moved and no active datapump job is concurrently refreshing them, excluding this was the  case from (Doc ID 753623.1) ORA-29913 And ORA-600 [1883] When Accessing an External Table
