Oakcli Delete Database Fails With Error "Identity file lent not accessible: No such file or directory" (Doc ID 2343835.1)

When attempting to delete a single instance or RACOne database, oakcli delete database fails with below errors in the logs

2017-12-06 14:38:16: INFO : Running dbca to delete <DB_NAME>
2017-12-06 14:38:16: INFO : This is root, will become oracle and run: /bin/su oracle -c /usr/bin/ssh -l oracle <DB_HOME>/bin/dbca -silent -deleteDatabase -sourceDB <DB_NAME>
2017-12-06 14:38:16: ERROR : Ran '/bin/su oracle -c "/usr/bin/ssh -l oracle <DB_HOME>/bin/dbca -silent -deleteDatabase -sourceDB <DB_NAME>"' and it returned code(255) and output is:
Warning: Identity file lent not accessible: No such file or directory.
ssh: illegal option -- d
