Symptoms
In a 12c database that is using XDB HTTP where virtual circuit connections goes >= 8159, the shared server terminates with:
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [qmvcsReadInit()+21] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0xD993BA8] [PC:0x8ADED55] [Invalid permissions for mapped object] []
With Call Stack:
qmvcsReadInit <- qmps_run_internal <- qmps_run
Querying V$SHARED_SERVER_MONITOR shows MAXIMUM_CONNECTIONS is incrementing to > 8100.
