Symptoms

Step 3 of a Mammoth upgrade from 4.7.0 to 4.9.0 fails with:

INFO: Executing Upgrade Steps 3 through 8
INFO: Step 3: Changing oozie hdfs directory permissions
INFO: Value is not set for AD Account Prefix. Setting to blank.
ERROR: Unable to create hdfs user on the Active Directory, please make sure that the Oracle OS and Cloudera admin passwords meet your Active Directory password restrictions before continuing.
