- Subquery unnesting is not happening for concatenated columns filter in 188.8.131.52, but works fine in 184.108.40.206
- 11204 uses HASH Anti-join, but 11203 does not choose that plan
- The following query runs fine in 11204 but not in 11203:
select count(*) from tab1 where owner||object_name not in(select t2.owner||t2.object_name from tab2 t2);
