Symptoms

After applying a Database (DB) PSU or Bundle Patch (BP), various ldap utilties are created in the RDBMS $ORACLE_HOME/ldap/lib directory instead of $ORACLE_HOME/bin.

For example: ldapbind, ldapdadd, ldapmodify, ldapdelete ...
