Symptoms
on the DB RAC environment, can not find sql patch registry after deployed GI and DB patch in GIMR database
SQL> select PATCH_ID, PATCH_UID, VERSION, ACTION, ACTION_TIME, STATUS, DESCRIPTION from dba_registry_sqlpatch order by action_time;
no rows selected
SQL> select patch_id, version, status, bundle_id, bundle_series from dba_registry_sqlpatch;
no rows selected
