Goal

The goal of this document is to identify how to prioritize the servers when two (or more) servers are used in active/standby configuration.

According to the Oracle JDBC for Rdb User Guide, there are several policies for pool balancing: Default, Memory, Users, Executors, FreeExecutors and Usage.

However, there is no option for setting the priority of the servers.
