java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: Sun/security/x509/OCSPNoCheckExtension in 11.2.0.4 Database (Doc ID 2354707.1)

Symptoms

Java stored procedure working fine in Oracle database 11.2.0.2.0 and 11.2.0.3.0 fails to execute with the below error :

CertificateParsingException: java.io.IOException: java.security.cert.CertificateException: Could not load class: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: sun/security/x509/OCSPNoCheckExtension: sun.security.x509.X509CertInfo.<init>(X509CertInfo.java:154)
sun.security.x509.X509CertImpl.parse(X509CertImpl.java:1731)
sun.security.x509.X509CertImpl.<init>(X509CertImpl.java:177)
sun.security.provider.X509Factory.engineGenerateCertificate(X509Factory.java:90)
java.security.cert.CertificateFactory.generateCertificate(CertificateFactory.java:305)
ru.atc.smev.orawsm.SmevLogParser.getCertBean(SmevLogParser:539)
ru.atc.smev.orawsm.SmevLogParser.getCertTest(SmevLogParser:524)

 If the missing OCSPNoCheckExtension is uploaded into the database then the error changes as below:

java.io.IOException: java.security.cert.CertificateException: Could not load class: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException sun.security.x509.X509CertInfo.<init>(X509CertInfo.java:154)
sun.security.x509.X509CertImpl.parse(X509CertImpl.java:1731)
sun.security.x509.X509CertImpl.<init>(X509CertImpl.java:177)
sun.security.provider.X509Factory.engineGenerateCertificate(X509Factory.java:90)
java.security.cert.CertificateFactory.generateCertificate(CertificateFactory.java:305)
certTest.getCertTest(certTest:19)
