Mapviewer 11.1. Returns Blank Page and Generates Java.lang.NullPointerException In IE Brower, But Works In Chrome (Doc ID 2355465.1)

When connecting to the Mapviewer or administration console via http://<server>:<port>/mapviewer using the Internet Explorer (IE) browser version 11.2, a blank page is returned, and the log file includes these information:
